Terms of use

These terms cover your use of joyfulcoloring.com, your account and any Premium subscription, gift or pack you buy. By using the site you agree to them and to the licence for the coloring pages. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Last updated: 1 October 2026.

Who runs Joyful Coloring?

The site is published by Infiscroll Digital OPC Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected] or the contact page.

Who can create an account?

  • You must be 13 or older to create an account. Parents and teachers create accounts for the children they print for.
  • Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time on your account page.

What is free, and what is the free limit?

Every coloring sheet is free to print and download. Without an account you can print or download 15 sheets a calendar month; with a free account there is no monthly limit. We may change the limit and will show the current one on the site.

How do Premium subscriptions work?

  • Premium is a subscription, monthly or yearly. The price, the billing period and the renewal date are shown before you pay.
  • It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. For yearly plans we email you before the renewal.
  • You can cancel online at any time from your account page. Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
  • We may change the price for future periods; we will tell subscribers by email before a change applies, and you can cancel before it does.
  • Premium extras (colored versions, whole-page downloads, book exports, weekly books and similar) may change over time; the Premium page always shows what is included.

What about packs, gifts and refunds?

  • Packs and single book exports are one-time purchases that stay downloadable from your account.
  • A gift gives the recipient Premium for the months bought, starting when they redeem the code; it does not renew.
  • If a purchase does not work for you, ask within 14 days through the contact page and we will refund it.
  • If you live in the EU or the UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. Premium and packs are digital content supplied straight away: by buying, you ask for supply to start at once and acknowledge that this ends that legal right once the content has been supplied. Our 14-day refund above still applies.
  • Payments are processed by a payment provider acting as the merchant of record, named at checkout. It is the seller for billing, sales tax and VAT purposes, under its own terms.

What may you not do on the site?

  • Use programs to download, scrape or copy the site or its files in bulk, or try to get around the free limit or any Premium check.
  • Break or overload the site, or try to access accounts, admin pages or data that are not yours.
  • Re-post, sell or share the coloring files themselves; how you may use the pages is set out in the licence.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close a paid account for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we refund the unused part of the period.

What happens to comments you post?

Comments are checked before they appear. Do not post personal information, links, or anything unlawful or unkind. You keep the rights to what you write and give us a free, worldwide licence to show it on the site; we may remove any comment.

Who owns the coloring pages and the site?

The coloring pages, their designs, the texts and the Joyful Coloring name and logo belong to us. The pages are made by our own team using digital tools, including image generation, and edited by us. Your use of them is governed by the licence.

What do we promise about the service?

We work to keep the site available and the files correct, but we provide it as it is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if that is more. These limits do not apply to anything the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of Maharashtra, India. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country and can bring a claim in its courts.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; for changes that affect subscribers, we tell you by email before they apply, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept them.
